This is a budget hotel in Bahcelievler. For me conveniently located not far from the famous Dentakay dental clinic. Rooms are small, but spotlessly clean and furnished with everything necessary, including aircon, fridge, and most important above average (for Turkish conditions) Internet and a usable working table. Staff are competent and courteous, making you feel welcome. Samir, whose English is excellent, helped fend a hotly contested parking space on the street in front of the hotel till our late night arrival. Another receptionist with fluent Russian (sorry, forgot your name) was also extremely helpful with daily chores and information. Management is also helpful, agreed to change my fixed (by Booking.com) dates TWICE without extra charges! The neighborhood is safe and has nice old Istanbul ambience with oleander trees; worth mentioning is the small eatery on the corner right of the exit with grilled chicken, pilaf and excellent meat stews, an factory discount store for cotton t-shirts etc. further down the road, and a Börek pastry maker nearby. Many chainstores - Shock, BIM etc within 3 min. walking distance. All in all, an enjoyable experience; would love to visit again!

Staff is nice and friendly, they help to make your stay better. Location is a bit noisy, but it's close to the bus line and not so far to Metro. So, compared to its price that's a fair deal. I'd recommend it for the short stay as I had here. I asked them to stay longer and they offered me fair price.

The Staff was very welcoming to our Group of Four Male Runners (we were competing nearby at the Stadium) and the food was very good and fulfilling. A great Hotel and Apartment Option for a large group like ours or a Family of Four Adults. We also appreciated the close distance to the main modes of transportation and the ease of access to the sightseeing Historical Locations.

Staff are extremely kind supportive and very good English speakers rooms are always always clean even when you say that the room is clean they insist to make your room up for you towels and blankets are fresh all the time i asked for the location is exceptionally good close to bus metrobus and metro a large variety of restaurants shops and malls are at nearby and you dont need to worry about anything during your stay Thanks for everyting

I liked the fact that the staff were really caring. And available 24 hours. Since I am not familiar with a lot of things in Turkey. They were available to provide me with the help needed.

Very Welcoming Staff, we were pleasantly surprised with how big the rooms and beds were. The location is perfect next to all the important Historical Sights in Istanbul. Great food and nearby places to shop.

good location, clean room, everything in the room is working good. Nearby a lot of cafe, shops, etc. Public transport is also nearby. Really good for this price.

The hotel is very good, the room has a nice size, the bed is comfortable and the bath is clean. The check-in is easy with very friendly and helpful personal. It is in Ataköy, just some minutes (walking) away from the metro and airport bus. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It was a great stay and I would recommend it!
